Fulfillment: Shipping Methods and Requests

An overview of shipping methods and how to submit a custom shipping request.

Shipping Methods:

Unless specified, CALA uses the cheapest rate algorithms to ensure the most cost-friendly shipping rate for your orders at the time the label is purchased. The cheapest option is usually an economy service. Below is an overview of the options for both standard, and expedited shipping options.

Shipping Request:

Promotion or Gifting orders: Your brand is empowered to place its own shipment request via Shopify. Once the order(s) is placed, CALA may be notified and CALA will ensure the order is processed with any special instructions you may have. Please follow the instructions

Steps to Take:

1. Place a promo/gifting order via Shopify

2. Email Logistics@ca.la with the order number and required delivery date

3. A CALA team member will reach out to you with confirmation

Shipping cut-off times: When submitting a shipping request, please refer to the table below reflecting the location your brand’s inventory is stored. The table provides the final time to submit your order in order to have it ship the same day.
